USA and Canada – Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100+ US Dollars.

All other International countries/regions – Free USPS Express International Shipping valid on orders over $200+ US Dollars.

Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. Collected Conscious is not liable for any fees or taxes you may incur, or if your product is seized by customs. Please familiarize yourself with any import duties, customs, and local sales taxes, as well as rules and regulations for importing foreign products to the destination of your order.

Free Shipping applies to merchandise only. Taxes, Duties, Gift Cards and oversized shipping charges do not count toward the Free Shipping total.

Your order will ship with Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.

Returns + Exchange Policy

We accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on collectedconscious.com for return or exchange. Items must be in original condition and must not to be worn, used, altered or washed.

US Customers – Ordered the wrong size or color? Email us at orders@collectedconscious to request an exchange.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for international orders
at this time.
